Include the posttls-finger program and its manpage

The install process uses the upstream installer, which does not install
posttls-finger or its manpage. It's a handy little tool if you want to do
certificate-based authentication, so we should include it for convenience. The
attached patch tacks it onto postfix-files so the installer grabs it.
