Backing out int_machdep.c does not affect this. Nor does booting with
or without ACPI. What is the method to back out libpthread support?
Wanted to test that next. The nvidia-driver works on iso-image
2/22/2004 which does not include libpthread, as well as being more
stable in general. 5.2.1-Current worked when there were hanging
dependencies which were cleaned out with a new buildworld buildkernel
cycle.
