 An additional problem with i386 machine/setjmp.h is that doesn't
 have #inclusion guards to prevent problems with multiple inclusions.
 
 Something like:
 
 #ifndef _MACHINE_SETJMP_H
 #define _MACHINE_SETJMP_H
 ...
 
 #endif
