Makefile.  A new one will appear in src/usr.bin/nc and then connected to
build.  I'll document these in FREEBSD-Upgrade and FREEBSD-Xlist to follow
the tradition.

I'm looking forward whether OpenBSD people will or will not integrate
the patchset I have submitted before actually taking some of these files
off vendor branch.
