I've committed batch of XML documentation environment: sdocbook-xml,
fop, xsl-docbook-modular, smartdoc. DocBook XML documentation could
be prepared only install xsl-docbook-modular but 2-byte character
documents can not treat with fop or can not put 2-byte character
code except for UTF-8 such as SJIS or EUC-JP. So I gave up with
DocBook/XML and adopted SmartDoc for the time being ;)
