If you have mozilla installed, you can copy your .mozilla/default/whatever/mimeTypes.rdf file to .phoenix/default/whatever/mimeTypes.rdf in order to get the helper applications you have set up for mozilla. This is a great help, as Phoenix doesn't have a dialog to set the contents of this file yet. If you use phoenix or moz with a named profile, just substitute that name for default above.
