Not so good.  That link is surprisingly unhelpful.

Looks like you are using the bundled apr not devel/apr.

Is whats below the last lines of that file ?

This is fine.

These are fines.

Can you put that apxs program on the web-somewhere and the configure
script. Particularly lines 2100-2250
