Unfortunately, I am having problems in Windows 7 as well. I popped in the

original HDD. Speedtest measures 1-2mbit when it should be 17-18mbit. I

download very slow. Issue is not present with cable. I have tested on max

performance with disable of all PCI-e energy saving. I have the latest BIOS

1.28. It's getting very annoying as it doesn't happen every time.
