>Description:
I upgraded the vim+ruby port via portupgrade, and it blew away the custom
plugins I had added to $VIM/plugin (e.g., the Perforce integration plugin plus
its dependencies).

Although this doesn't render vim unusable, it is *very* annoying.
>How-To-Repeat:
Grab a plugin from vim.org and install it. Then upgrade vim+ruby. The plugin
you installed will be gone.
