I get this too with mac_biba in kernel or loaded as a module.

Message at bootup:

malloc() of "128" with the following non-sleepablelocks held:
exclusive sleep mutex radix node head r =3D 1 (0xc268377c) locked @ /usr/sr=
c/sys/n
et/route.c:549

Messages on other network operations:

malloc() of "128" with the following non-sleepablelocks held:
exclusive sleep mutex inp r =3D 0 (0xc27a435c) locked @ /usr/src/sys/netine=
t/udp_u
srreq.c:1034
