     Hi folks,
     
     Running FreeBSD 2.2.6, when I attempt to activate lpd, I get the 
     following message, 
     
     myname# Nov 20 10:37:58 myname [lpd[226]: bind: Address already in use
     Nov 20 10:37:58 myname [lpd[226]: bind: Address already in use
     Nov 20 10:37:58 myname [lpd[226]: bind: Address already in use
     
     I have already commented out the rc.conf:lpd_enable="YES"        # Run 
     the line printer daemon. 
     
     Any suggestions about what may be causeing this?
