Yes, sir!  It indicates that you need to edit/create the file
/etc/ppp/ppp.linkdown and add the lines:

yourISP:
 iface clear

Replace 'yourISP' with the connection name you use in your 'ppp' command.

This will automatically clear the routing table every time you log off your
ISP.
