The default configuration in FreeBSD (using /etc/rc.d/named) will set
up the chroot directory, rndc, etc. for you. You can also use this
setup for named from the ports, just update named_program in
/etc/rc.conf. You will probably want the commented example for
named_flags in /etc/defaults/rc.conf in /etc/rc.conf as well.
