The comment in the code is not very useful considering the errata
list may move or disappear from Intel's web site.  Why not just
say:

/*
 * Workaround for PentiumPro Errata 5AP: Spurious interrupts routed to
 * int15 in APIC virtual wire mode.
 */

It certainly goes a long way toward explaining why you are hooking 
a vector.
