Thanks Mark for the info.

Currently I have the afterstep desktop.
Do I need to uninstall this before installing KDE?
Also, what is the best source for KDE. I remember trying to install
it originally, but ran up again some road block...hence the reason
I installed afterstep-it seemed easier at the time.
