I think it depends on which users we're talking about.

I don't care if freebsd could replace windows workstations, as I don't think
it could bring enough compared to the work needed to make freebsd look like
windows. FreeBSD is already a good choice, between workstation and server.
We can do both, but acting like windows could make freebsd lose its advantages.
