Great, then it's either because I used the package, or some local
stuffup. BTW, it wasn't the missing directory (I created it too) but
the missing schema files (the required names don't exist; substitutes
crash). At least now I can tell my net-less newbie friends that the
port is known to have worked and is worth a try. Thanks.
