Log:
  MFC: r264832 (partial)
  
  - Sprinkle const and static as appropriate.
  - Convert the remainder of snd_hda(4) to take advantage of nitems().
  - Use DEVMETHOD_END.
  - Use NULL instead of 0 for pointers.
