 OK... I have tracked the problem to an outdated
 databases/evolution-data-server on my system (pkg_which identified this
 as providing libcamel)
 
 I successfully installed mail/evolution after updating the
 evolution-data-server..
 
 The problem is that evolution port nor portupgrade made no attempt to
 install or upgrade the evolution-data-server is that normal ?
