Just a me too note - it fails one of its tests like this:

---- Test generated error; Return code was: 1
---- Return code should have been one of: 0 2
---- errorInfo: couldn't open socket: can't assign requested address
    while executing
"socket 127.0.0.1 [lindex [fconfigure $s -sockname] 2]"
    invoked from within
"set c [socket 127.0.0.1 [lindex [fconfigure $s -sockname] 2]]"
    ("uplevel" body line 6)
    invoked from within
"uplevel 1 $script"
---- errorCode: POSIX EADDRNOTAVAIL {can't assign requested address}
==== socket-10.1 FAILED

Top shows 11 zombie processes when that happens. I put it on hold in
pkgtools.conf, otherwise it holds the whole upgrade process when I
portupgrade -a.
