Tell me about it.

Then get the PCI and MCA specifications as well.

And don't forget MSDN Level II subscriptions @ $500/year.  8-(.

Standards that aren't open standards with reference implementations
suck rocks.

(PS: don't get the third party book for the extra charge; it doesn't
have any information in it not already in the standard).
