When xemacs-19.11 is built (under ports/editors/xemacs),
xemacs gets configured with the variable "rmail-spool-directory"
set to "/usr/spool/mail/" which does not match the proper directory
under FreeBSD. This makes it hard for xemacs to find new mail,
and keeps it from determining whether to use "movemail" to get it.
