Hi, I'm trying to install FreeBSD 62-RELEASE IA64 version on an IBM x455 and it doesn't get past this stage: (note these lines were taken from another thread, but the numbers and date differ) FreeBSD/ia64 EFI boot, Revision 1.2 (root at pluto1.freebsd.org <http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-ia64>, Tue Apr 10 20:52:15 UTC 2007) Loading /boot/defaults/loader.conf /boot/kernel/kernel text=0x9ff728 data=0x9b260+0x4cec8 syms=[0x8+0x7ad30+0x8+0x67ace] / Hit [Enter] to boot immediately, or any other key for command prompt. Booting [/boot/kernel/kernel]... Entering /boot/kernel/kernel at 0xe000000004068000... What are my alternatives here? Redhat boots fine to go into the setup. Thanks
