Yes if it can't find it locally.

If you installed off the WC CD-ROM distribution it should be on one of
the disks (That's the way it was for me when I installed FBSD 3.2) IIRC
you put the relevent disk in the drive and do "make install"

It's been a while since I installed off a CD though. Maybe things have
changed.
