i have FBSD 2.2.1 (yes its old) i have setup /etc/hosts i dont have the format for /etc/gateways and the routed program complains about it. ep0 is the driver used...it is recognized on bootup and by using ifconfig...i can get netstat -au to say its up and running. i sure would like to get this running. previous responders suggested settin up /etc/resolv but i dont have one...nor do i have the format for one plus i dont think my version of FBSD-2.2.1 knows about it! thanx in advance ===== William F.
