Please submit an older, working dmesg.  I think I know what's going
on, but w/o that, I can't be sure.

Since the cbb is on pci0, I think that you might have an non-ACPI
system.  Especially since the ToPIC95B is a relatively old chip.  My
guess is that this is a 100-166MHz Pentium system.
