>Description:
The chart and graph library, gdchart Web site
(http://www.fred.net/brv/chart/) has a newer version of gdchart than
that which is in ports. Though, the name has "dev", meaning a non-
stable release, the author claims it is relatively stable. Furthermore,
the port for gdchart already uses the dev port.
>How-To-Repeat:
	N/A
>Fix:
Upgrade the port for gdchart, version 0.11.4dev.

I merely bumped up the port revision and changed the distinfo.
Everything seemed to install and test well enough but some changes
	may be needed.
