Grab the 'apsfilter' port and install it.  This automates the
procedure, and as a bonus adds postscript printing capability
to your system.

You will need to get ghostscript as well.  I would recommend
the 3.x version; install it before installing apsfilter.

(The rather imperious tone of your message isn't really
 likely to elicit a lot of help, actually.  Setting up 
 printcap files is junior sysadmin stuff, and if you 
 can't do it in your sleep, you should be chasing any one
 of several sysadmin handbooks listed in the FAQ.
 There's also a comprehensive section in the handbook on
 setting up printcap entries, including sample filters.)

This is a ridiculous expectation; you have the HP manuals,
you're in the best position to determine this for yourselves.
