You don't have to change the name of your machine.

For your reference if you wanted to change the name you change
it in /etc/rc.conf.

The reason you don't have to change the name is that the name
you give it is not known to the outside world, therefore not a
problem. DynDNS provides you an entry which will point
yourname.dyndns.com to your machine regardles off how you name
your machine.
