You need to install cvsup from thep ports. This usually is good in all ports collections(I may be wrong though) and then goto /usr/share/examples/cvsup and copy ports-supfile somwhere(I usually copy to my home dir) and read it because there are instructions and modify it so that the file has the correct info mainly for server Name and such.
