The problem is that many system daemons have dependencies on other
daemons.  It's not that easy.

This is coming with RCng, in FreeBSD 5.x (NetBSD import).  You'll be
able to do, basically:

cd /etc/rc.d/
./sshd stop && ./sshd start

==ml
