Log:
  Rename since it has will have more capabilities than just comparing of
  two termcap entries.

Added:
  head/tools/tools/termcap/termcap.pl   (props changed)
     - copied unchanged from r194190, head/tools/tools/termcap/compare_termcap.pl
Deleted:
  head/tools/tools/termcap/compare_termcap.pl
