You can't *run* them at the same time, but they can peacefully coexist on
your hard drive, and you can choose at boot time which one runs.  See the
FAQ at http://www.freebsd.org/.  You can dual boot using NT's boot loader
or FreeBSD's, either one, the FAQ has instructions on how to add FreeBSD
to NT's boot menu.
