Irrelevant.  The real-world feasibility of such a transfer is sufficient to
support the point being made, whether anyone has actually done it or not.

No, but the point may have been that credentialism is often compensation for
other deficiencies (imagined or real)--and, FWIW, this correlates well with
my experience and observation.  In contrast, the correlation between low
intelligence and credentialism is weaker, being much less demonstrable than,
say, the correlation between personal attacks and low intelligence.
