Add them to the Cw line sepearated with a space, for example:

Cw foo.com abc.org xyzzy.net

This will cause sendmail to correctly accept messages to these hosts.  Keep
in mind however that unless you define rules to direct anything@foo.com 
into a uucp spool or mailbox, you have the problem where abc@foo.com = 
abc@abc.org = abc@xyzzy.net.
