If you don't like this feature, complain to Paul Vixie but don't expect much sympathy. he's been threatening for years to make RFC name compliance mandatory rather than optional in BIND, and now that he's finally done it, sites with illegal names (like this one) have to clean up their act or get off the Internet, basically.
