            Bug ID: 278697
Summary: The releases after 13.1-RELEASE don't work on some
                    older systems
           Product: Base System
           Version: 13.2-RELEASE
          Hardware: amd64
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Some People
          Priority: ---
         Component: kern
          Assignee: bugs@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: serzh@expir.org

I noticed it couple years ago after the first attempt to upgrade to
13.2-RELEASE from 13.1-RELEASE

After that I have tried 14.0-RELEASE and 13.3-RELEASE, they are also don't =
work
on this system.

Today I have finally did a bisect in 13-STABLE branch and have found the
problematic commit: e4d7f82bf50ae5954e59e63a8bf423b6727a7884

The kernel crashes on boot, and the next 1-3 boots from normal kernel also
crashes. After several attempts the system boots normally an works fine for
months.
