I guess you could either do what I did for gnet2 and gnet-glib2, or just
do a straight-up slave port, and make it conflict with the master.=20
Leave it up to the users to figure out what they need.

I took a look at this, and it doesn't look too easy.  However, you're
free to give it a shot.
