 No it does not.  sobomax's commit is not a fix, it is a hack.
 
 I asked sobomax to revert his patch and commit my fixes, but
 he ignored my e-mail.
 
 My patch is a true C++ fix, which works on the old (2.95) and new
 (3.2) compilers.
