There is some information in "The FreeBSD Corporate Networker's Guide" by
Ted Mittelstaedt. The author brings many relevant subjects to the table for
this book, plus quite a bit of good information relating to coexisting with
M$ boxes.
ISBN 0-201-70481-1
Good luck.
