When I try to compile the kernel ( which I have named as FREEBIE) in the /usr/src/sys/i386/conf directory with the /usr/sbin/config command then I get the following message: Removing old directory ../../ compile/FREEBIE: Done illegal line in devices file config: wd: unknown device config: line 41: no root device specified To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
