As I understand it cvsup-bin disappeared some time ago; all
versions of cvsup prior to cvsup-16.1d have a bug discovered
September 9 (day 1,000,000,000 in UNIX) and should be upgraded.

One way is to get the 4.4-RELEASE package from the ftp servers.
