The FreeBSD Handbook and FAQ are generated from LinuxDoc (and in the
future DocBook) DTD SGML. The formatter tool, sgmlfmt, spits out HTML,
PostScript, Latin-1 ASCII, nroff, and LaTeX too if prodded. All these
tools are available in the ports tree.
