You may wish to ``make deinstall'' and install this port again
by ``make reinstall'' to upgrade it properly.
If you really wish to overwrite the old port of x11-fonts/font-adobe-
utopi
a-type1
without deleting it first, set the variable "FORCE_PKG_REGISTER"
in your environment or the "make install" command line.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/ports/x11-fonts/font-adobe-utopia-type1.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/ports/x11-fonts/font-adobe-utopia-type1.

after this i tried `make -DFORCE_PKG_REGISTER install` which solved the
problem.
however, as all i did in the first place was `portinstall xorg` i guess there
might be a problem hidden somewhere.

anyway, thanks for your assistance.

with regards,

martin
