we use p6-200 with two 3940UW and several Barracuda 9GB UW
and found that without scsi options in kernel system unstable,
reboots o freeze once 2-3h

using TAG, SBCs and MEMIO system work 30h, up to now, but this is with old
2.2.1R (aic7xxx 03.16)

now we plan to load kernel with new 2.2.1R
