using this approach the following:

    # ISDN subsystem startup
    if [ "X${isdn_enable}" = X"YES" -a -f /etc/rc.isdn ]; then
            . /etc/rc.isdn
    fi

in /etc/rc.network needs to be moved to just before:

 # Initialize IP filtering using ipfw
    echo ""
    /sbin/ipfw -q flush > /dev/null 2>&1
    if [ $? = 0 ] ; then

Right?

Groeten / Cheers,
