I believe PR128030 is still open as it is awaiting someone to decide whethe=

should be merged into the stable 9/10 branches.

For the clarity of anyone reading this bug report in the future, Darryn's
comment was regarding why PR128030 had not been closed. Note that this PR21=
2018
still had not been committed in FreeBSD 11 (IPSEC_NAT_T is still not in the
GENERIC kernel configuration).
