try something like this in your rc.conf:

ifconfig_xl0_alias5="inet 63.169.99.15 netmask 255.255.255.0" # first
alias
ifconfig_xl0_alias6="inet 63.169.99.15 netmask 255.255.255.0" # second
alias
ifconfig_xl0_alias7="inet 63.169.99.15 netmask 255.255.255.0" # third
alias
etc...
