Seconded.  We already have knobs like "NOPORTDOCS" and "NOPORTEXAMPLES" =
and "WITH_STATIC".  As a prospective embedded system builder, I'd be =
happy with adding something like "NOINCLUDES" or "NODEVELFILES".
