Assuming you meant 1.2MB/s up there, that's about what we can get out of
the Xircom 10/100 cards as well... I think you're just running into a limit
of how fast you can suck bytes across the pccard bus.

The only advantage of these cards, really, is that you can connect to a
100Mbit-only network, should you come across such a beast.  The 20% speed
boost is just a bonus :-)

3Com make a 10/100 card as well...anyone got any numbers for that?
